- AAA Tire & Auto Service – NW OKC: 6163 N May Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73112
- AAA Tire & Auto Service – Norman: 2520 W Main St, Norman, OK 73069
- Competitive Flat Rate Pay
:
Adjusted based on experience, geography, and other factors. - A Technicians: $23.67–$30.21/hr flat rate + 30-hour billable week guarantee
- B Technicians: $21.12–$26.96/hr flat rate + 20-hour billable week guarantee
- C Technicians: $18.48–$23.61/hr flat rate + 20-hour billable week guarantee
- Productivity Bonus:
Earn $250–$550 every two weeks based on performance. - Schedule:
Full-time, 5 days/week – Sundays off every week plus one additional day off based on business needs. - Training & Certification Support:
We pay for ASE certifications and recertifications.
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in areas such as engine performance, transmissions (automatic & manual), suspension & steering, brake systems (including ABS/traction control), electrical systems, and heating/air conditioning.
- Maintain and grow technical expertise to expand flexibility in work assignments.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Properly maintain tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company safety guidelines.
- Complete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (level requirements vary).
- ASE or dealership certifications preferred (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid by AAA).
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).
