Associate Business Analyst

** Summary of This Role
** The Associate Business Analyst will support business operations and technology initiatives by analyzing data, documenting requirements, and assisting in process improvement projects.

This role offers hands-on experience in business analysis, data management, and system support.

Gather and document business requirements for small-scale projects and enhancements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
