Responsibilities
  • Retain existing client relationships through usage, retention, and additional revenue.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with small to medium market clients.
  • Leverage technology to ensure clients see a return on current and future investments.
  • Identify and develop additional revenue opportunities for clients.
  • Maximize employee and client usage of Paycom solutions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to streamline processes, increase usage and value of current portfolio, and expand solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Proactively analyze, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Partner with EMAR/TSR/CRR to ensure smooth and effective transition and continuity of customer service.
  • Consult clients to identify opportunities for business process improvements, prepare compelling business cases, including pain points, cost justifications, and high-impact needs.
  • Maintain relationships at C-level and throughout the organization to provide business solutions and tools.
  • Engage in product development efforts by delivering feedback on needs and opportunities.
  • Lead and manage implementation of added products, hold clients accountable to deadlines to ensure on-time starts.
  • Drive projects to successful and timely completion while achieving performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue, retention, and growth while maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct the required number of meetings weekly.
  • Prepare strategic agenda, review usage and system updates, identify needs and opportunities, and provide insights to help clients maximize value of employee HR lifecycle within Paycom.
