Overview
Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is actively seeking a talented Operations Supervisor to join the team. The AIKG locations feature high-speed indoor karting, VR simulators, arcade, and restaurants with scratch cocktails and culinary creations.
Position SummaryThe Operations Supervisor is a full-time hourly role responsible for assisting the Operations Managers with leading daily operations, including staffing and training hourly staff, cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, guest relations, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, staff motivation, safety and security. The Supervisor leads the shift with the operations managers and fosters ownership and accountability, upholding AIKG standards and Andretti brand.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations: staffing, scheduling, labor, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing and quality of products.
- Maximize daily sales and effectively manage costs, labor and cash control.
- Maintain opening, running and closing duties for department.
- Manage organization and cleanliness of departmental areas.
- Take proactive approach to guest relations, including time spent on floor interacting with guests and table visits.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and standards of service.
- Oversee all aspects of guest relations and the quality of the guest experience (product, timing, service, entertainment, etc.).
- Empower staff to deliver exceptional legendary service.
- Execute special events with Leader on Duty.
- Provide management with direct and honest feedback on staff performance.
- Assist with staff training and employee relations.
- Maintain high staff morale.
- Participate in recruitment and retention of staff.

Guest service and leadership experience is preferred. A Drug Test and Background Check is required prior to employment. - 6 months or more of Andretti brand and culture exposure a plus
- Current trainer or team lead a plus
- Proven leadership and team skills; ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff
- Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Maintain all safety procedures
- Open and full availability
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
