OverviewTask Impetus Inc is a IT Staffing firm located in the New Orleans, LA that provides business consulting, Salesforce implementation and configuration services to companies across the United States – and we are growing!
This is a unique opportunity as we are willing to train – prior Salesforce experience is preferred, but not required. Salesforce Business Analysts will be responsible for gathering requirements, business process analysis & accountable for on-time, high-quality software project deliveries, including Analysis, Design, Development and Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities- Communicating with clients and project managers to understand business requirements;
- Working alongside the rest of the technical team to design and document data-driven software solutions and data flows to meet these requirements;
- Building and maintaining Salesforce applications and customisations;
- Develop user stories and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients;
- Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet our client’s business requirements;
- Creation and maintenance of User Stories;
- Consulting business stakeholders on the best Salesforce solutions;
- Supporting business stakeholders for requirements validations;
- Conducting training sessions for business users and admins;
- Regularly audits system and data integrity;
- Maintains updated system documentation and policies/procedures;
- Develops and maintains naming conventions within system to improve program usability;
- Provides reports and market analyses from TJC CRM system.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment.
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
- Increment would be at least a minimum of 15% every six months.
