Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Sourcing Analyst role in Oklahoma City, OK. Our client is a well‑established food manufacturing industry leader known for innovation and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This position plays a key role in supporting procurement and supply chain functions by analyzing supplier data, optimizing sourcing strategies, and ensuring consistent access to high‑quality materials at competitive costs.
Key Responsibilities- Data Management & Reporting – Analyze historical spend to identify cost‑saving opportunities and supplier consolidation strategies.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and forecasting models to support sourcing and procurement decisions. - Sourcing Strategy & Support – Support RFP processes by gathering requirements, evaluating supplier responses, and comparing cost structures.
Assist with new supplier onboarding, ensuring all documentation, certifications, and regulatory requirements are met. - Supplier Performance & Compliance – Track and analyze supplier performance metrics, including quality incidents, service levels, and cost variances.
Support sustainability, traceability, and responsible sourcing initiatives.
Maintain organized contract records, track renewal dates, and support updates to pricing, terms, and supplier obligations.
Analyze KPI results to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for supplier improvement. - Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with operations, R&D, quality, and finance teams to support new product development, ingredient changes, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
- Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles preferred. - Skills & Competencies – Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced Excel or data visualization experience preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Occasional travel to supplier sites and production facilities.
- Collaboration with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.
- Competitive salary based on experience. $85,000-$90,000 DOE.
