Entry Level Business Analyst

Dhatronic Tech is hiring for Entry Level Business Analysts. You will be responsible for gathering and defining requirements and creating functional designs for web-based applications and systems.

• Analyze operational and technical information to identify and develop recommendations for improvements in IT systems and applications.
• Add business value by delivering working products, with quality and on time, based on agreed-upon release dates.
• Collaborate with business users to ensure all project requests meet the specifications, recommending changes to specifications as necessary.
• Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing requirements.
• Assist with the prioritization of requirements and creating future state design.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree (preferably in Finance, Business, Management or any related).
• Knowledge of business processes; ability to document business processes, generate clear and understandable requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be self-motivated, organized with ability to prioritize while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
