Product manager in telecom

Keepgo is a global mobile internet provider offering innovative products and solutions based on virtual technologies, primarily eSIM. The company develops global connectivity solutions for IoT, M2M and broadband devices.

• Own the product roadmap for assigned products, prioritizing initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, analytics and market trends
• Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization
• Write product documentation, including PRDs, user stories and feature specifications
• Gather and analyze product data, including KPIs, analytics, customer feedback, support data, A/B testing and competitor research, to define insights and improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, design, sales, marketing and support teams
• Participate in backlog management, sprint planning and prioritization with engineering and design teams
• Communicate and collaborate with B2B partners to gather feedback and align on solutions
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and drive productivity gains

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills for specifications, documentation and stakeholder updates, including communication across different accents
• 2+ Years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in a software company, SaaS, B2B tech or telecom
• Experience defining and documenting product requirements, including PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, based on customer needs, research and feedback
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering and design in an Agile environment, including Scrum or Kanban
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in user analytics, funnels, A/B testing and product improvement
• Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Notion and Figma
• Understanding of B2B / SMB product development
• Ability to write effective prompts, interact efficiently with AI systems and AI agents, and understand the specifics and capabilities of AI technologies
• Nice to have:
  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field, familiarity with Google Analytics, Firebase, SQL or BI tools, experience in telecom, eSIM, IoT or connectivity industry
