• Understand the magic behind Kid Strong's programs and communicate it with flair
• Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
• Keep families engaged and excited about Kid Strong
• Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else center leaders may ask for

• Assist in community events and center initiatives
• Participate in upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness

• Passion for Kids. Non-negotiable. Must love working with children
• Coaching Background. Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old
• Communication Whiz. Comfortable speaking to parents and guardians
• Energetic & Fun. Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class
• Mentorship Magic. Mentor other coaches with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR Certified or Willingness to get it

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Kid Strong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. Kid Strong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
