Estimator – Site Development / Utilities

Family‑owned heavy civil company seeks a 5+ yr experienced estimator for site development, heavy earthwork, excavation and grading. This role offers a balance of home‑based nights and minimum travel. Join a culture that values work/life balance and growth.

• Estimator with strong Site Development / Wet Utilities background a must
• 5+ yrs experience desired
• Computer proficient – e.g., HCSS Heavy Bid, Agtek, Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated longevity on resume preferred
• Excellent compensation based on background/experience

Provide accurate cost estimates for site development projects, review project specifications, collaborate with project teams, maintain estimate documentation, and support bid proposals.

• 5+ yrs experience in site development, wet utilities or related civil construction
• Strong background in heavy civil, earthwork, grading and excavation
• Proficient in estimating software (e.g., HCSS Heavy Bid, Agtek)
• Excellent communication, detail orientation and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license preferred
