2401 S. Broadway Ave., Moore, OK 73160 (Full‑Time)

Silver Star Construction, a local road construction company, is seeking an Asphalt Laborer to perform a wide range of duties that may vary by project and team.

Base pay range: $17.75/hr – $20.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

• Rake and shovel asphalt in construction areas
• Assist in patching asphalt with hot or cold mix
• Maintain a clean job site: pick up tools and equipment and secure the site each day
• Handle and store materials
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Assist craft workers as needed

• Proficiency with equipment such as bobcats, front‑end loaders, pavers, tractors, and screeds
• Detail‑oriented and collaborative team member
• Ability to measure work areas accurately

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and bend or crouch
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Adaptable to changes in the work environment, including frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
• Consistently punctual and dependable; can cover work responsibilities when absent
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime when required
