What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with engineers and architects on the technical development of construction drawings and design documentation
• Support BIM coordination and development across multiple disciplines
• Assist in implementing design technology strategies, standards, and tools
• Develop and refine Construction Documents in Revit
• Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure design consistency and accuracy
• Occasional travel for site visits and team coordination

What You Bring To The Team

• 5+ years of proven experience supporting design teams in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and web conferencing tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs

Essential Physical Functions

• Sit/stand at a desk or computer
• Walk, stoop, stand and move around job sites
• Travel and occasional site visits requiring stooping, standing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Frequent communication via phone, video, or in-person meetings
• Ability to focus on digital and paper-based information for extended periods
• Some project-based travel may be required
