Asphalt Crew Laborer

Silver Star Construction Co. Inc. is seeking an Asphalt Crew Laborer (Full‑Time).

Location:

2401 S. Broadway Ave., Moore, OK 73160, USA.

• Rake/shovel asphalt in construction area.
• Assist in patching asphalt with hot/cold mix.
• Maintain a clean job site: pick up tools and equipment and secure the site each day.
• Material handling and storage.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Assist craft workers.

• Familiarity with equipment such as bobcat, front‑end loader, paver, tractor and screed.
• Detail‑oriented with strong team spirit.
• Ability to measure work area accurately.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, and to bend and crouch.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold.
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas.
• Adaptable to changes in work environment; frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Attendance/punctuality: consistently at work and on time, ensuring work responsibilities are covered when absent.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends when necessary.
• Must be able to work overtime when required.
