Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Superintendent will oversee daily demolition operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating with project managers and clients, planning project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and troubleshooting any onsite challenges. The Superintendent will also oversee the use and maintenance of equipment, manage resources effectively, and provide leadership to the team to maintain high efficiency and performance.

Qualifications
  • Project Management and Leadership skills, including team supervision and resource planning.
  • Understanding of Demolition Operations, including safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and project scheduling.
  • Experience with Technical Skills such as knowledge of demolition techniques, rigging, concrete cutting, and onsite problem-solving.
  • Effective Communication and Organizational skills to collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in physically demanding environments.
  • Proven record of adhering to safety and compliance standards in demolition or construction.
  • Previous experience in demolition or construction management is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
