ESSENTIAL DUTIES-
- Supervise,inspectandensureseamlessdaytodayschedulesandoperationsofemployeesandsubcontractors.
- Workwith Project Managerinassistinginthedevelopment ,monitoring,updating,communicatingtheprojectscheduleandperiodicrevisions.
Responsibleforcreatinganddistributing5weeklookaheadschedules. - Overseeworkamongtradepartnerstopromoteacoordinatedschedule/operations.
Resolveproblemsregardingprocedures,precedence,designclarificationsandequipmentschedules. - Communicatewithownersandarchitects/engineersinconnectionwithfieldissues.
Investigateandresolve. - Key Working Relationships :
Must be able to work with government and non-government personnel in a professional and clear manner. Be able to work with different trades and construction focuses to ensure a quality environment without limiting the trade's ability to complete work. Must be able to properly communicate over the phone and in writing to upper management to include Subcontractors, Suppliers, Onsite Staff, Owners, other PM's, Superintendents, and Corporate Safety. - Managetheworktoensurecompliancewithandconformstotheapprovedcontractdocuments.
- Coordinate all Construction Quality Control and Site Safetyand Health Officer (CQC/SSHO) responsibilitieswiththeassignedQCandSSHOmanager.
- WorkwithQCtoensurethatthepropermeetingsareconducted,documented,andpaperworksubmittedpercontractualobligations.
AssistQCtomonitorqualityofworkmanshiponsite. - Workwith Safety Managertoensurethatallrulesandproceduresarebeingfollowed .
QUALIFICATIONS
Musthavethreeyears'ofDepartmentof
Defense(DOD) construction experience.
Mustbeabletomanageprojectssuccessfullytocompletion,ontimeandwithinbudget.
Required Skills:
- Strongcomputerskillsandfamiliaritywith Microsoft Office Suiteand Share Point .
- Mustbeabletomanageprojectsof2to15millioninsize.
- Mustbeabletoobtainaccesstoa Federal Installation
Preferred
Skills:
- Completionofthe Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors course.
