Senior Construction Project Manager

Our commitment to experience and quality extends into our hiring practices. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager. This position will manage multiple commercial construction projects and future project teams.

This individual will need to be as focused, driven and solutions oriented as the rest of our dynamic team with a focus on ensuring quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.

This position carries a salary in the range of $115,000+ based on experience and expertise and further includes competitive benefits, Personal Time Off package, as well as a phone and vehicle allowances.

This position is primarily located at our offices in Oklahoma City but will require some travel to job sites.

All Skybridge Development positions must successfully pass a State Background check.

• Assist in preconstruction with the estimating team
• Track project communications with clients and company leadership
• Establish meeting agendas and facilitate meetings with owners and architects
• Track, issue and maintain change orders
• Manage project team(s)
• Support project planning and operational coordination
• Communicate with subcontractors, superintendents, customers and inspectors
• Help resolve operational issues
• Define subcontractor scopes of work and issue/negotiate contract agreements
• Issue and manage owner and subcontractor monthly applications for payment
• Maintain safety compliance, documentation and record keeping
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• 5+ years of construction management experience
• Knowledge of commercial construction and estimating
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to focus on multiple projects in various phases of construction
• Ability to manage spreadsheets
• Ability to produce and maintain project schedules using Primavera or Microsoft Project software
• The ability to work independently
• Proficiency in reading and organizing construction plans and specifications
• Literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and pdf programs such as Adobe or Bluebeam
• Knowledge of or ability to learn construction management software programs Procore, Premier Jonas, Build Pro, etc.)
