  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Utility Customer Service processes
  • Move-in/out and transfer
  • Address Management
  • Business Master Data - Interaction Center embedded in S/4
  • User experience - FIORI
  • Customer Inquiries and Interactions - Customer Requests
  • Field Work Requests
  • Exception Management and reporting
  • Configuring SAP S/4 ISU embedded Interaction Center Business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support
  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Customer Self Service offerings and integration to SAP S/4 Customer Service (CS & CRM) and the Icweb, transaction launcher, CRM Middleware.
