We're looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. This person has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, a problem-solving mindset, and great attention to detail. Other desirable traits include good written and verbal communication, ability to multitask, being a team player, and the ability to quickly adapt to change. This role is the A/R front line in ensuring excellent customer service experience to both internal and external customers of Locke Supply.

Locke Supply is an ESOP- 100% Employee Owned. Locke Supply is the most progressive supply house in the Southwest, with locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas. With a 45-acre complex in Oklahoma City, supplying over 190 locations, Locke is a premium supplier in the Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC markets.
What are the responsibilities?
The following sets forth the primary responsibilities of this position but is not exhaustive.
* Payment Processing
* Account Reconciliation
* Credit Management
* Dispute Resolution
* Inbound call center
* Respond to phone and email inquiries
* Resolves problems according to the company policy
* Inbound and outbound phone calls.

What are the requirements?
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of Customer Service/Call center experience
* Professional verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer service driven.
* Detail oriented with well-developed organizational skills and ability to utilize time efficiently.
* Ability to respond with flexibility to changing department needs.
* Must work well with others in a team environment.
* Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
