In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through outbound calls, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide support and information regarding products and services.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately during customer interactions.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all customer communications.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improving service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.
