Our busy orthodontic team is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to help keep our clinical operations running smoothly. This vital support role maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff. • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize all dental instruments and equipment following OSHA and CDC standards
• Maintain sterilization logs and ensure all infection‑control protocols are followed
• Prepare instrument trays for clinical procedures
• Restock supplies in treatment rooms and the sterilization area
• Clean chairs, counters, and equipment between patients
• Assist the clinical team with setup and breakdown of operatories
• Monitor inventory and notify team leads when supplies need reordering
• Support the flow of patients and clinical operations as needed

• Reliable, punctual, and organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization procedures (training provided if needed)
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced orthodontic environment
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Prior dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required

Location:

Oklahoma City, OK

Compensation: $32.00–$36.00 hourly or $39,000–$54,000 annually (depending on location)
