We are looking for an experienced Full-Arch Dental Assistant to join our growing implant and restorative team. This position is ideal for a dental assistant who has hands-on experience with full-arch implant cases, All-on-X procedures, provisional/temporary arches, and complex restorative care.
Our Full-Arch Dental Assistant plays an important role in creating a smooth experience for both the doctor and the patient—from surgical preparation through delivery of temporary arches and post-operative care.
We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, clinically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty environment.
What You'll DoAssist doctors during full-arch implant and All-on-X procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, surgical trays, materials, and equipment for full-arch cases
Assist with implant placement, extractions, bone reduction, suturing, and other surgical procedures
Assist with delivery and adjustment of temporary/provisional arches
See patients for temporary arch deliveries, adjustments, post-op visits, and follow-up appointments
Take and document appropriate clinical records, photographs, and X-rays
Assist with intraoral scanning and digital workflows
Work closely with the doctor and lab team to ensure accurate and efficient communication regarding temporary and final prosthetics
Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain surgical asepsis
Review post-operative instructions with patients and answer routine clinical questions
Help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment experience
Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation
Ensure rooms are fully prepared and stocked for each procedure
Anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures rather than waiting to be directed
Work collaboratively with the front office, treatment coordinators, lab, and clinical team
Required:
Dental assisting experience
Previous experience assisting with full-arch implant cases
Strong understanding of surgical and restorative dental procedures
Comfortable working directly with full-arch patients
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Ability to maintain a calm and reassuring presence with patients undergoing extensive treatment
Highly Preferred:
Experience with All-on-X
Experience with temporary/provisional arch delivery and adjustments
Experience with intraoral scanning/digital dentistry
Experience working with surgical doctors and/or implant specialists
Experience coordinating with a dental laboratory
Experience with full-arch impressions/scans, bite records, and prosthetic delivery
Familiarity with digital workflows and CAD/CAM dentistry
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
You should be comfortable walking into a full-arch surgery day knowing what needs to be prepared, understanding the procedure flow, anticipating the doctor's needs, and helping the patient feel taken care of from start to finish.
This is not a traditional general-dentistry assisting position. Our full-arch patients require a higher level of clinical knowledge, attention to detail, communication, and patient care.
We value team members who demonstrate Grit, Growth, and Gratitude and who take ownership of their role. We believe our patients deserve an exceptional experience at every step of their treatment.
