Treatment Coordinator

The Treatment Coordinator supports the delivery of quality dental care by coordinating patient treatment plans, communicating recommended procedures and associated costs, and helping patients understand their treatment options. Works closely with Dentists, clinical staff, and administrative team members to ensure treatment plans are clearly presented, appointments are scheduled appropriately, and patients feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. Reviews proposed treatment plans, discusses insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket expenses, assists with financial arrangements, and follows up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment.

Maintains accurate patient records, communicates with insurance companies as needed, and helps ensure a smooth transition from treatment planning to completion of care. Leads by example through professionalism, compassion, and a patient-centered approach while supporting the clinic's treatment acceptance and overall operational goals.
