Studio Director - Architecture and Design Firm

A full-service architecture and design firm with 50 years of experience seeks a Studio Director for its Oklahoma City office. This role involves collaboration with architecture, interior design, landscape architecture project teams, business development, and firm management.

Responsibilities:

• Mentorship for team members across various disciplines.
• Assist in Quality Assurance reviews and documentation.
• Support project development through all phases.
• Maintain high service and communication standards.
• Monitor staff operations to ensure project schedules and employee utilization.
• Business development through relationship building.
• Manage workload and deadlines for project teams.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
• Coordinate meetings and project site visits.
• Perform special duties and project assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect with management and mentorship skills.
• Experience as a Project Manager in diverse project types.
• Established relationships within the OKC AEC industry.
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Flexibility and effective change management skills.
