- Case Mix:
General Surgery / Critical Care - Procedures:
-General Surgery Laparoscopic Surgery - Appendectomy , cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, Chest wall/pleural procedures, chest tube/Central line insertion, PA Catheter placement
-Critical Care Ventilation management (invasive & non-invasive), chest tube insertion, central line, arterial line, - Beds in Dept: 18 ICU beds, 18 telemetry beds, 10 CMU beds
- EMR:
Epic - Other Info: 24-hour call includes rounding, consults, and procedures; 2 FTE ongoing need;
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements
- Active OK license or active IMLC
- Board Certified in General Surgery or Critical Care medicine
- BLS & ACLS required
- Must supervise APPs
