• You'll join a group of 4 orthopedic surgeons and 1 foot & ankle subspecialist
• Incoming surgeon will focus solely on spine (cervical, neck, lumbar); no general ortho required
• Clinic features onsite MRI, walk-in clinic, therapy center, and ASC
• 4 APPs available; incoming surgeon may have a dedicated PA/NP for clinic and OR

• Expect ~20 patients per clinic day and 2-5 surgical cases per week
• OR days typically Tuesdays and Fridays; fast 23-minute turnover
• Surgery performed at both ASC (onsite) and affiliated hospital
• 1:5 paid call, decreasing to 1:6 in 2026; light burden with mostly hip fractures

• Year 1 salary: $500,000-$550,000 with quarterly bonuses (typically hit by Q3)
• Year 2+ earnings ~$1.4M via collections and ASC/profit-share
• Ancillary income streams: therapy/EMR (~$400K) and surgical profit (~$1M)
• 100% paid health insurance, 401k + profit sharing (10% match), malpractice with tail
