Division of Rheumatology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center is offering an outstanding opportunity for Assistant/ Associate Professor. BC/BE.
The Division of Rheumatology, Immunology and Allergy is dedicated to providing the highest quality patient care and conducting clinical and basic research that advances the treatment of rheumatologic disorders. The Division consists of highly trained and Board‑Certified Rheumatologists specializing in the treatment of all rheumatologic diseases. Clinician, clinical educator, and clinical investigator tracks are available. We conduct research in a variety of rheumatologic diseases including SLE, Sjögren’s, RA, OA, and osteoimmunology.
Candidates with strong epidemiology, outcomes research, or bone‑related research are highly favorable. Research is required for tenure‑eligible but not clinical tracks. M.D. or Ph.D. is a requirement. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience and qualifications; a relocation bonus and excellent retirement benefits are provided.
If desired, candidate will be considered for Associate Fellowship Program Director. The growing midsized metropolitan area boasts great public schools, easy commutes, and low cost of living.
