The Head Coach will develop a competitive, disciplined, and character-driven team culture while upholding the mission and values of the school. The role requires leadership both on and off the field, emphasizing academic achievement, personal growth, and athletic excellence.

• Plan, organize, and lead practices, games, and team activities.
• Develop and implement strategies for individual and team improvement.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and disciplined team culture rooted in sportsmanship.
• Monitor and support the academic success of student‑athletes.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, families, staff, and administration.
• Ensure program compliance with school policies, conference rules, and OSSAA regulations.
• Manage assistant coaches and delegate responsibilities as needed.
• Serve as a mentor and role model for student‑athletes.

• Previous coaching or playing experience required (head coaching experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
