25) Contract Contingent position currently best aligns with the Machinist (Level
2) Labor Category. Ideal candidates exhibit the ability to visualize, analyze, and convert data and experiences to meet performance challenges while confidently engaging in productive dialogue targeting mission success.

Responsibilities include:

• Fabricate, modify, and assemble test fixtures and associated mechanical components used to conduct studies and tests.
• Coordinate with other Team personnel to ensure test equipment construction efforts meet the overall requirements and schedule necessary for successful completion of studies or tests.
• Support the study or test preparation and execution. This includes assisting with installation of test fixtures and test dummies and with sled system operation.
• Follow normal shop safety practices as well as the unique practices required for safe conduct of studies or tests.

Requirements include:

• High school diploma
• Three years of machining experience in a job shop
• Ability to obtain a forklift operator’s license
• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
