• Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across all disciplines
• Serve as the main point of contact for BIM-related questions and concerns for the project team
• Communicate with project managers to determine model setup configuration and understand project scope
• Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and archival between disciplines and external partners
• Run clash detection reports, resolve clashes, and participate in the BIM coordination process

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field; 3 years preferred
• Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
• Strong knowledge of Revit, with emphasis on project setup and model management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of colleagues and clients

• Experience troubleshooting Revit/design software issues
• Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans and models
• High level of professionalism and dedication to quality work
