PROENERGY is seeking a dependable and safety‑conscious Civil General Laborer to support civil construction and startup activities on large‑scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) power generation projects.

Field – Oklahoma City, OK

90% travel required. Travel pay & per diem available.

Pro Energy seeks a dependable and safety‑conscious Civil General Laborer to support civil construction and startup activities on large‑scale EPC power generation projects.

• Must possess the ability to work with estimators, project managers, field supervisors, and office personnel.
• Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and back filling operations.
• Support installation of concrete forms, rebar, foundations, and structural components.
• Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, equipment setup, and debris removal.
• Operate basic hand and power tools (shovels, jackhammers, compactors, etc.).
• Assist with site cleanup, erosion control, and drainage system installation.
• All employees are expected to be “safety coordinators” for themselves and fellow workers, implementing PROENERGY’s Corporate Safety and Loss Prevention program at every level of work responsibility.

• Experience in working independently and in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment and materials, as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods.
• Legal authority to permanently work in the U.S.

• Prior experience in construction or outdoor labor work is a plus.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working around energized equipment or utility crews.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• This position is primarily on‑site, requiring daily interaction with construction teams and project managers, and may require extended hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet project deadlines.
