Water/Wastewater Project Manager – HDR

In this role, you'll lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams through the project lifecycle, manage project budgets and schedules, coordinate client relationships, and implement QA/QC procedures. Your work will directly support public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience.
Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate the work of single or multi‑discipline teams from development to close‑out.
- Manage complex small to medium projects or routine large projects, producing and coordinating several small to medium projects concurrently.
- Establish and maintain client relations, and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
- Conduct work sessions for deliverables with staff and stakeholders.
- Coordinate staffing and workload through the entire project life cycle, ensuring deliveries on schedule.
- Track financial aspects and adjust work effort to stay within budget and schedule parameters.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic reviews.
- Implement QA/QC procedures.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Master's degree.
- PMP certification.
- Texas PE license or ability to obtain reciprocity.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 7 years related experience.
- Minimum 2 years project management experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience a plus).
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
