This role leads and coordinates development of manufacturing processes for new and existing products, focusing on enhancing productivity, safety, quality, and efficiency. The Engineer collaborates with engineering, sales, quality, and other teams to manage equipment needs, tooling, and technical issues. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, developing new manufacturing plans, implementing cost‑saving and quality improvement measures, and maintaining ISO standard documentation.

Tackle technical challenges on the shop floor, collaborating with Quality to root out issues and deploy solutions. - Collaborate and Influence:
Work across Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure a cohesive manufacturing environment. - Document & Standardize:
Develop and maintain critical manufacturing procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO standards. - Lead Critical Projects:
Take charge of essential projects and see ideas realized in tangible outcomes. - Cross‑Functional Exposure:
Gain insights and build relationships across the manufacturing process. - Continuous Growth:
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay at the industry front.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) – required
- 6–10 years of relevant experience – required
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Solid Works and AutoCAD – required
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
