Job Description:Position: A&P Technical Support
Must have experience on: FAA certified part 121, 135 or an FAA certified part 145 working repair station working on transport Beechcraft or Bombardier category aircraft.
Job Duties:- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, replace, modify, install, calibrate, test, evaluate, and ensure airworthiness of all A&P equipment, parts, components, or systems on aircraft.
- Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, modification, installation, calibration, test, and evaluations on FIS aircraft airframe and power plant equipment to verify proper installation and operation according to FAA and OEM regulations, procedures, and instructions.
- Use FAA standards to determine the airworthiness of aircraft under FIS aircraft mission-specific certificates to meet FIS missions.
- Take test readings of non-functioning A&P equipment using common instruments and analyze results for maintenance and repair requirements.
- Troubleshoot A&P equipment, implement repair procedures, and replace inoperative airframe and power plant equipment, maintaining compliance with FAA regulations and technical manuals.
- Use tools (e.g., torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers) according to OEM specifications for maintenance tasks.
- Perform daily tool inventory and report any missing tools immediately.
Salary: $34.32/hour
Additional Rate: Health and welfare rate of $4.57/hour for medical expenses/health benefits; unused funds roll over into a 401k at year-end.

Job Requirements:3+ years of experience as an aircraft maintenance technician on FAA certified part 121, 135, or 145 working repair station on Beechcraft or Bombardier aircraft. Must hold a valid A or A&P license with recent experience as per 14 CFR part 65.83. DOD aircraft experience is not acceptable.
