Base Pay Range$74,000.00/yr - $/yr
Why This Role?You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative, resilient, and sustainable bridge and transportation structure designs. From concept to construction, your expertise will help bring critical infrastructure projects to life — while mentoring the next generation of engineers and contributing to Jacobs’ legacy of excellence.
What You’ll Do- Lead the design and engineering of bridges, retaining walls, and other transportation structures.
- Apply advanced engineering principles with minimal oversight on complex projects.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
- Manage structural tasks for the production of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E).
- Support project cost estimating, contract negotiations, and quality assurance.
- Engage in business development, client presentations, and proposal preparation.
- Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Work on meaningful projects that improve lives and connect communities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Oklahoma.
- Strong knowledge of applicable design codes, guidelines, and bridge standards.
- Experience with bridge project development and structural design.
- Proficiency in organizing and managing electronic project files and directories.
