• Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.
• Monitors operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors.
• Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
• Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment.
• Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
• Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of telecommunications and video systems.
• Provides end‑user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality.

• Education:
  
  Technical training, certification(s) or degree. Desired:
  Degree in IT related field.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years of related experience.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Telecommunications and video experience with AVAYA and ZOOM platforms. IP based telephony, PBX platforms, digital voice platforms.
• Security Clearance:
  Agency‑specific “Public Trust” or able to obtain.
• Skills & Abilities:
  Communication and problem solving. Willingness to provide after‑hours call out support.
• Preferred:
  Voice and Video technologies.

• Salary range: $72,250 – $97,750 (based on experience, location and contractual requirements).
