As a Mechanical Designer – Level 1–2, you will play a key role in creating and coordinating mechanical systems within 3D architectural models, leveraging your skills in Autodesk Revit. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to grow and develop expertise in designing duct and piping systems. Initially, you will focus on implementing markups while gaining hands‑on experience in system design, model coordination, and sizing mechanical components.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit: strong experience with Revit, including familiarity with duct and piping systems. Prior experience is preferred but not required.
• Team collaboration: must be a motivated and hardworking individual who communicates effectively with team members.
• 3D modeling and design: initially responsible for implementing markups, with the primary focus on learning to design duct and piping systems within 3D architectural models.
• Model coordination: work collaboratively with linked architectural and structural models to accurately model and eventually size mechanical systems.
• Growth opportunities: opportunity to advance into a full mechanical and plumbing design role based on interest and skill development. Experience with these systems is highly valued.
• Contractor experience: experience working in a contractor's office is a plus.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, but not required.
