• Accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, including client expectation, scope, budget, and schedule; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver deliverables.

• Site development, site master planning, and site selection
• Underground utility routing and site space planning
• Hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems
• Gravitational wastewater system analysis and design
• Final grading plans including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing
• Erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and support permit approval
• Researching and adhering to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction in any given area
• Stormwater analysis and modeling in software such as Storm
  
  CAD and Civil Storm

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of engineering experience with extensive related project experience
• Strong working knowledge of medium to large scale industrial developments
• Experience with all design modules of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and drive knowledge expansion

• PE certification
• Bluebeam experience
• Navisworks experience
