Roadway Design Engineer
$110,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Company Stock (after 1 year) + 401(k) + Insurances
Excellent opportunity for a Design Engineer to join an industry leading engineering and construction company, providing the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-quality transportation projects in the state with huge upside for growth and earning potential.

This is a well‑established engineering company, highly respected in the civil sector. They pride themselves on their quality of service, providing transportation design and construction services for projects such as highways, roadways and bridges. As a trusted partner of the DOT in the state, they work on critical and transformative projects which enable the continued provision of other services in the state.
In this role you will be entrusted with exciting design projects in the state. This Engineer will hold fundamental designing responsibilities, whilst also working closely with the location and company leadership to decide on how to grow the office.
This role would ideally suit an Engineer who posesses strong relationships with the state DOT, is confident working autonomously and looking for the opportunity to impact Oklahoma’s future infrastructure.
The Role- Design and produce transportation engineer plans and specifications. Interpret drawings and conduct calculations on multiple projects.
- Work closely with Project Management team.
- Leverage client relationships to execute and evaluate project designs.
- EIT or Professional Engineering (P.E.) License
- Looking for a long term position and a desire to impact the future trajectory of the company
