We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Energy Services team in the engineering industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage and oversee a variety of energy projects, including energy retrofit, HVAC, lighting retrofit, and renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial projects, construction management, submittals, budgeting, and cost control.

They will also have a deep understanding of project finances and project budgets, and be adept at handling RFIs. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field.

• Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including tracking progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure safety regulations are met.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including submittals and RFIs.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting and cost control, to ensure profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ensure that all projects are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry, with a focus on energy services.
• Proven experience managing energy retrofit, HVAC, lighting retrofit, and renewable energy projects.
• Extensive experience with commercial projects and construction management.
• Proficient in handling submittals and RFIs.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost control, with a proven track record in managing project finances and project budgets.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
