The Director of Engineering is a crucial leadership role at OKANA Resort, tasked with maintaining the integrity and operational efficiency of the entire resort. This position demands not only extensive certifications and experience in resort engineering, including aquatics systems, but also a proven ability to lead independently and proactively. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing complex mechanical, electrical, and structural systems in a resort setting and will exhibit a strong capacity for self‑direction and innovative problem‑solving.

• Engineering Leadership:
  Oversee all engineering aspects of the resort, including the physical building structure, mechanical, electrical, water treatment, HVAC systems, kitchen & laundry equipment, and extensive aquatics operations.
• Team Development:
  Recruit, train, and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and maintenance standards.
• Strategic Initiative:
  Act as a self‑starter who anticipates challenges and proactively addresses issues before they impact resort operations or guest satisfaction.
