- 5+ years of experience with finite element modeling using FEMAP or Patran
- Experience with static, fatigue, and DADT structural analysis of primary and secondary structure
- Experience with creating test plans, procedures, and test results reports
- Experience with computer aided design (CAD) tools, CATIA, or Solid Works
- Ability to create or complete finite element models using load data obtained from the original equipment manufacturer or data obtained from structural test fixtures
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering and 10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry, or Master's degree in an engineering field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering and 8+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience with structural teardown plans, non‑destructive and destructive inspections, crack growth behavior, joint load flow, stress severity factors, environmental stresses, and fractographic analysis
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in ME, Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering preferred;
Doctorate degree in ME, Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering a plus

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
