We are seeking an experienced Control Engineer with strong expertise in industrial automation systems, PLC/HMI programming, motion control, and machine commissioning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) and Siemens PLC/HMI platforms
, servo systems, safety PLCs, and site commissioning activities. The role requires close collaboration with offshore and cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Electrical, and Project Engineering groups to deliver automation solutions successfully.

• Design, develop, test, and implement automation and control systems for industrial applications.
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications using Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms

• Configure, program, and commission Siemens and Allen-Bradley Servo/Motion Control Systems
  .
• Develop and validate machine safety functions using Safety PLCs
  .
• Review and interpret electrical schematics, panel drawings, wiring diagrams, and I/O lists.
• Coordinate with offshore engineering teams for project execution and technical support.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, and Project teams during project development and execution.
• Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), machine commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis during commissioning and production support.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, customer requirements, and safety standards.
• Prepare technical documentation including functional specifications, test reports, and operating manuals.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and post-installation activities.
