Janikin Energy is partnering with an established, employee-owned civil engineering consultancy to find an experienced Land Development professional to join their growing Oklahoma team.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role spanning project leadership, client relationships, business development, and team growth, working closely with senior leadership to play a key role in expanding the company’s Land Development presence across Oklahoma.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Land Development and Site/Civil projects from concept through completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market growth.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor project teams.
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
- Extensive experience in Land Development / Site Civil Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical and project management background.
- Established relationships within the Oklahoma market.
- Experience with business development and team leadership.
