Civic Center Foundation is seeking a motivated Private Events Coordinator to manage Private Event activities at the Civic Center Music Hall in Oklahoma City. The role reports to the Director of Events & Private Events Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring safety and smooth operations.
The coordinator will work with vendors, help design floor plans, support public events, and maintain a social media presence during events.
