Work Arrangement:
In-office, or Hybrid

• Prepare, review, and sign individual, business, and other tax returns for clients across various entities and industries.
• Collaborate with the tax team to ensure all components of the tax process—tax planning, client interaction, and special projects—are completed.
• Analyze tax situations from multiple angles to maximize tax benefit.
• Develop solutions and communicate them to the engagement team and client.
• Manage client relationships by monitoring client needs and building value into professional services.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Assist with client billings to ensure accuracy.
• Supervise and delegate duties to Associate and Senior Associate level staff.
• Provide mentoring and technical training to employees in the tax department.
• Attend training seminars, professional development, and networking events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
• 5–7 years of tax experience within public accounting.
• Extensive knowledge of tax accounting principles and IRS regulations.
• Active engagement in staying current with evolving tax regulations and policies.
• Self‑starter who enjoys working independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to focus on complex tasks and quickly understand the firm’s comprehensive compliance processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
