This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance and accounting team in a rapidly growing private company within the legal lead generation industry. You’ll work closely with senior management, collaborate on impactful projects, and develop your expertise in the legal lead generation/marketing accounting space.

  Take ownership of key financial operations, from managing general ledger accounts to driving projects that support our growth and scalability.

• Own the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial close processes.
• Produce accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
• Support internal and external audits/reviews with comprehensive documentation and insights.
• Collaborate with the technology team to enhance financial systems, processes, and controls.
• Research technical accounting standards and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Lead initiatives to identify and address process improvements and operational efficiencies and deploy best practices.

• At least 3+ years in accounting (public, industry, or a mix).
• Experience with property investment accounting practices is a huge plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in US GAAP, Excel, Word, and Quick Books Online; experience with other financial tools is a plus.
• Analytical thinker with exceptional problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Energetic self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
