Loan System Administrator

Overview

Loan System Administrator role ite position located at Banc First Tower, Downtown Oklahoma City. Full Time.

• Support loan underwriting and document preparation systems, including one-on-one phone and email support of users.
• Create training materials and user manuals.
• Participate in course instruction (Web Ex and classroom).
• Support loan document image archive and exception tracking system, including one-on-one user support, training materials, and instruction.
• Test and implement new versions of loan systems.
• Perform periodic administrative tasks related to support of loan systems.
• Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and organize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and/or projects.
• Working knowledge of Banc First Loan Policy, Banc First Loan Procedures, and lending regulations (state and federal) is helpful.

• Constant use of computer screens.
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard and perform repetitive motion; ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Intermittently standing, stooping, bending, walking, kneeling or crouching.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10 pounds.
