Controller​/Accounting Manager

QB Johnson, Mfg. Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller/Accounting Manager to join our team. Reporting to the CEO, this person will manage day-to-day accounting operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial integrity, internal control, and timely reporting across the organization.

• Oversee AR, AP, Payroll and Cash Management
• Maintain and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal control to support operational efficiency and compliance
• Prepare timely, accurate financial statements, reports and presentations.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with the CEO to align on financial goals
• 401k Administrator
• Review customer contracts
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance department’s overall success

• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communicator across departments and with clients
• Skilled in problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
• Knowledge of internal controls and audit process
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required:
  Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant account experience; experience in manufacturing, CPA designation is a plus.
