FY26 Seasonal Tax-FSO- GCR Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory-Real Estate
- Manager is a seasonal manager role within EY's TARAS practice, focusing on tax accounting and risk advisory for real estate clients.

Location:

New York or Remote.

• Provide tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share-based compensation, financial statement restatements, and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts).
• Assist with all aspects of tax provision preparation.
• Review tax provision processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, and enhance the control environment and assess tax risk and control environments beyond SOX 404.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred
• Valid US CPA license or active state bar membership
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS
• Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation; strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention to detail

• Strong ASC 740, Real Estate, and/or IAS 12 experience; experience in corporate tax planning and compliance; broad exposure to federal income taxation

• The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $90/hr to $120/hr salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
