Credits and Refund Representative

$20 – $23 per hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to find a skilled Credits and Refund Representative to join their team. This role focuses on researching outstanding denied claims, reconciling credit balances, validating refunds, and resolving unaccounted funds. You will play a crucial role in bridging discrepancies between systems, with a strong emphasis on investigation and problem‑solving.

• Reconcile credit balances
• Validate refunds and resolve unaccounted funds
• Perform data entry and back‑office tasks
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions

• Experience in accounts receivable or cash posting
• Strong investigative and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in data entry and financial systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with Epic or similar systems
• Experience in the healthcare industry
