Credits and Refund Representative
Compensation$20 – $23 per hour, depending on experience

OverviewInceed has partnered with a great company to find a skilled Credits and Refund Representative to join their team. This role focuses on researching outstanding denied claims, reconciling credit balances, validating refunds, and resolving unaccounted funds. You will play a crucial role in bridging discrepancies between systems, with a strong emphasis on investigation and problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities & Duties- Reconcile credit balances
- Validate refunds and resolve unaccounted funds
- Perform data entry and back‑office tasks
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues
- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Experience in accounts receivable or cash posting
- Strong investigative and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in data entry and financial systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Epic or similar systems
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Dental, vision, and disability insurance
